- SUB-DIVISION & LAND DEVELOPMENT
- As a follow-up to studies of housing in Qeshm, the sub-division and land
development was under taken for 1300 housing unites.
- The preliminaries based on approved town planning of Qeshm and different
categories of basic organizational model and block strategy was prepared.
- The hierarchy of general circulation modes and location for required
service structure such as kindergarten, schools, shopping center, mosque and civic-center
was determined. The area of the site was about 90 hectares and it is envisaged to be
surrounded by a green belt.
- The site is bounded by a main northerly boulevard and a southerly rood
connecting Qeshm & Souza. The access to the site is planned to be through these two
arteries.
- On the average area of the lots are about 300 sq. meter which to avoid
monotony, a wide range of variation was introduced.
